Young Driver Programme

Are you tired of old drivers who keep wanting to retire? Bored of younger drivers with no talent? Then why not try the Young Driver Programme!

With the young driver program, you hire a scout that goes to lower formula races on behalf of your team. When he/she finds a budding young talent she'll contact you advising you as such. Once employed, scouts may take time to locate a hot new talent so do be patient.

Once the scout has been successful, you can promote the new driver to your development program, or cast him/her into the street, whichever you prefer.

Once in the programme, Young drivers are provided with some pocket money and some intense training - the level of intensity depends on how much your willing to spend each race (Up to a maximum of £1,000,000 for each driver). You can select an improvement focus too, if you feel your driver isn't progressing fast enough in a certain discipline, just change the Current improvement focus.
