Manager Personality

Once you reach the first level, Lollipop man, you can assign yourself a personality and your first trait.

Each personality has its own advantages and disadvantages, make sure you have a thorough look at all available options before making your choice. You can only choose one, and once you've selected a personality, you are stuck with it!

Manager Traits

Every level you progress you will be able to add a new manager trait. Each trait gives bonuses to different areas, some can give your drivers motivation a boost, where as others will boost income from sponsors. Have a look through all of them. Once again, you will not be able to change traits once selected.

Manager Flaws

When you progress to some levels you will be automatically assigned a flaw. Flaws work the opposite way to traits, and can cause problems to your team. Always check your new flaw before you add a trait, because it may be that you can counter act the effects of a flaw by selecting an opposite trait.

Attributes

Below is a list of the different attributes that are affected by Personalities, flaws and traits.

Sponsor Income

This attribute affects the amount of money your sponsors give you, the effects occur immediately.

Sponsor Speed

This attribute affects the speed at which sponsors will sign with your team. It also affects how easy their happiness is to keep up.

2nd Company Income

This attribute affects how much money your second company generates. If you're a shrewed business man you may see your profits rise!

Espionage Attempt Success

Affects how likely you are to be successful at performing espionage. The % values is not a direct addition to your success percentage, merely a modifier for the calculations behind the scenes. So don't be surprised when you still get caught!

Espionage Fines

This affects how much you get fined when caught performing espionage. I positive number will increase the fine by that percent, where as a negative will decrease it.

Counter Espionage

Denotes an adjustment to your counter espionage capabilities. A positive modifier will increase your defences against intruders.

Driver Talent Modifier

This is added directly onto a drivers talent. So if you have a modifier of 5% for driver 1, and your first driver has 100% talent, his talent will be treated as if it is 105% in all speed calculations.

Driver Motivation bonus (per race)

A 1% modifier will increase that drivers motivation by 1% at the end of every race. This is additional to any motivation he receives by scoring points or any other means.

Driver Contract Values

Alters the salaries of all drivers employed by the amount specified.

Young Driver Programme Speed

Increases the speed at which young drivers improve. For example if you had a +20% modifier, and were training young drivers with £1,000,000 per race, the effective performance improvement would be like using £1,200,000 per race!

Manager Contract Values

Alters the salaries of all Managers, Talent scouts and espionage officers employed by your team

Car Components Overall Maximum (base 600% max)

Increases the maximum sum of attributes for all components. Typically Components cannot be more than a total of 600% (split between all attributes) however a +20% modifier here will see your team designing 620% components!

Car Component Development Speed

The speed in which you develop standard components will change based on this attribute.
This is not a direct amount (i.e. +20% will not see you increase development speed by 20% exactly) but is a modifier for the behind the scenes calculations.

Car Component Degradation

Alters car component decay by this amount. Decay occurs at the end of each year for particularly high quality components. This attribute can help to reduce (or increase) the amount it affects all your components, advanced components and engines.

Advanced Component Development Speed

The speed in which you develop advanced components will change based on this attribute.
This is not a direct amount (i.e. +20% will not see you increase development speed by 20% exactly) but is a modifier for the behind the scenes calculations.

Advanced Components Overall Maximum (base 200%)

This increases the overall maximum that your advanced components can be developed to. The maximum is usually 200% but with this modifier you can increase above (or be limited below) this amount.

Chance caught running illegal advanced component

Utilising this attribute can see you get away with running more illegal advanced components more often

Maximum engine attribute level (base 200%, fully researched)

This is a powerful stat as it will increase the maximum development level for each attribute of your engine. BHP, RPM, Weight and Reliability will all increase by this amount!

Engine Development Speed

This is not a direct amount (i.e. +20% will not see you increase engine development speed by 20% exactly) but is a modifier for the behind the scenes calculations.
