Facilities

Your facilities will have a huge impact on your race performance. Each facility may be between 0 and five star quality. Unsurprisingly, a five star facility will cost you much more than a lowly one star facility. There are seven facilities in total.

Head quarters

Your HQ has no specific use in game, nor does it have any effect on your teams performance. Why buy one of these expensive facilities then?
The maximum quality of all other facilities is determined by the level of your Head quarters. For example, if you have a level three HQ, the other facilities may be upgraded up to a maximum of level three.

The size of your head quarters determines how many assistants you can accommodate:
1 Star50 Employees
2 Star100 Employees
3 Star150 Employees
4 Star200 Employees
5 Star250 Employees
Other game attributes can be unlocked by having a higher quality Head Quarters:

Computer Aided Design Facility

Improves the efficiency of your research department.

Construction Hall

Improves the efficiency of your technical department.

Motor Home

Improves the efficiency of your commercial department.

Engine Factory

This is required to build your own engines. Higher levels improve efficiency, as well as allowing you to supply more engines to other teams.

Personal Test Track

Increases the number of test laps you may perform between races.
Contribute to build a personal test track.

Research facility

Allows you to access the research facility tab. The quality of your research facility impacts how quickly you can spend money designated for research.
